Returns & Exchanges
At Jane Hill, we want you to feel confident in your choice; however, due to the delicate and made-to-order nature of our gowns, we offer returns for store credit or size exchanges within 14 days of delivery. All items must be in original, unworn condition with all bridal tags and packaging intact to be eligible for processing.
Initiate Your Request
Email our bridal concierge team within 14 days of receiving your gown to request a Return Authorization (RA) number.
Prepare Your Package
Securely pack your gown in its original garment bag and box, ensuring the RA number is clearly marked on the outside of the package.
Ship to Studio
Send your return via a trackable, insured shipping service to our designated studio address provided in your authorization email.
Quality Inspection
Once received, our quality control team will inspect the gown; upon approval, your store credit or exchange will be processed within 7 business days.
